Food Bank
The people of St Michaels donated over a ton of food to the Contra Costa Food Bank in 2009.  Our goal for 2010 is the same.  Donations may be placed in the barrel in the entry to church.

Loaves and Fishes - Contra Costa County
The third Monday of each month, church members, along with the Hawaiian Club spend the morning and early afternoon preparing and serving meals at the First Baptist Church in Martinez.  Volunteers are always welcome!!

Angel Tree at Christmas
Each year we provide gifts and food for several families who would otherwise not be able to celebrate the holiday.  Ornaments are placed on the tree in the Narthex after Thanksgiving, family members are adopted and gifts are gathered early in December.
